We deliver twice a week within the Great Toronto Area on Sunday and Wednesday.

We also deliver to Greater Ottawa Area twice a week on Monday and Thursday.

For delivery on Wednesday to GTA, and Thursday to Greater Ottawa Area, the order deadline is Sunday midnight.

For delivery on Sunday to GTA, and Monday to Greater Ottawa Area, the order deadline is Wednesday midnight.

Delivery is free on purchase of $45 and above. For less than $45, the delivery fee is only $8.
